Meet the team
Clinical Director
Dr. Jon Cochrane earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota and serves as Clinical Director for Rivertown Dental. He practices relationship-centered dentistry built on clear communication, so patients understand their options before anything is decided.
He lives in the La Crosse area with his wife, two daughters and their dog, and spends his free time on the lake and in the bluffs.
Partner, Full Arch Provider
Dr. Joseph Uker earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa and completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Colorado. He is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists and focuses on implant dentistry and full-arch restorations.
He lives with his wife and four young children, enjoys the outdoors, and is a singer-songwriter active in his church worship band.
Associate Dentist
Dr. Jagger Stephens joined Rivertown Dental in 2026 and sees patients at the La Crosse and Viroqua offices.
Partner
Dr. Katherine Cahill completed both her undergraduate and dental training at the University of Minnesota. Her care is built on trust, comfort and long-term relationships with the families she treats in Holmen and Arcadia.
Outside the office she spends time outdoors with her husband, young son and dog, and enjoys cooking and baking.
Dentist
Dr. Kathryn "Kate" Bird earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Northern Iowa and her Doctor of Dental Surgery, magna cum laude, from Marquette University School of Dentistry. She served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, providing dental care to Navy and Marine Corps recruits, and practices comprehensive, individualized care.
An Onalaska native, she moved back to the Midwest to be near family. She runs with her husband and spends time with their three daughters.
Dentist
Dr. Dana Baldwin earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Roseman University College of Dental Medicine, where she was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. She was born missing two permanent teeth, and the dental care that restored her confidence is why she practices with empathy and advanced technology today.
She enjoys the outdoors with her husband, Zach, and their goldendoodle, Rowan.

Dr. Ricardo "Richie" Aparicio earned his dental degree from Creighton University School of Dentistry after earlier studies in Washington and at Penn State. Patients know him for his energy, humor and clear explanations, and for making every visit comfortable.
He enjoys time with his daughter, staying active, and exploring the La Crosse area.
Associate Dentist
Dr. Jacob Beilke joined Rivertown Dental in 2026 and sees patients at the Viroqua office.
Full Arch Provider
Dr. Randall Moseng earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and completed a General Practice Residency there. He is a Fellow and Master of the Academy of General Dentistry, a distinction fewer than 2% of dentists earn, with advanced implant training from several institutions.
He helped bring fluoridation to Holmen's public water supply, received the Wisconsin Dental Association Pyramid of Pride Award, and volunteers with the La Crosse Mission of Mercy and international dental trips. He plays tennis year-round and lives with his wife, Dr. Julie Moseng, their two daughters and their dog, Charley.
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Greg Cochrane spent more than a decade providing comprehensive dental care before stepping into the role of CEO. He leads Rivertown Dental's focus on advancing care, strengthening clinical standards, and building a team and culture patients can feel at every visit.
Raised in rural central Wisconsin, he enjoys time on his family's land and traveling with his wife and their three sons.
