The Rivertown Implant Clinic is our dedicated dental implant and full-arch suite inside the Rivertown Dental office at 519 McHugh Road, Holmen, WI 54636, and you can reach it directly at (608) 402-4008. Here we plan, place and restore dental implants under one roof, from a single missing tooth to a full arch of new teeth. Patients come to us from all four of our offices in La Crosse, Holmen, Arcadia and Viroqua, as well as from across the Coulee Region. Our Full Arch Providers are Dr. Joseph Uker, D.D.S., FICD, who completed a general practice residency at the University of Colorado, and Dr. Randall Moseng, D.D.S., M.A.G.D.
A single missing tooth is one of the most common reasons people visit our Holmen implant suite. It might be a molar that cracked beyond repair, a tooth lost to an old injury, or a gap that has been there for years. A single implant replaces the root of that tooth and supports a crown, so the replacement stands on its own and does not rely on the teeth beside it.
Because planning, placement and restoration all happen in the same building, you do not have to coordinate between separate offices. Our on-site dental lab supports the restorative side of your care, and the same team follows your treatment from the first conversation to the finished tooth. If you also need an extraction before an implant, we handle that in-house as well. You can find more detail about the process on our Dental Implants service page.
When several teeth in a row are missing, an implant bridge is often worth discussing. Instead of placing an implant for every missing tooth, implants can anchor a fixed bridge that spans the gap. This approach can make sense for someone who has lost teeth over time to decay or gum disease, or who has an older bridge or partial denture that no longer fits well.
Healthy gums matter for any implant plan. Our team also provides gum disease treatment, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance, so we can address gum health before treatment and help care for your implants afterward with ongoing implant maintenance. That continuity is one of the advantages of keeping advanced care close to home.
Some patients come to us with teeth that are failing across the whole mouth, or with dentures that slip, rub or make eating difficult. For these situations, we offer full mouth and full arch dental implants, where a set of implants supports a fixed arch of teeth. Dr. Uker and Dr. Moseng lead this care as our Full Arch Providers, and we treat it as a carefully planned restoration rather than a quick fix.
We know many people in this situation have put off care for a long time. We will not judge you for how long it has been. We will explain your options clearly, answer your questions, and help you understand what full-arch treatment involves for your specific mouth. Our Full Arch Dental Implants service page walks through the approach in more depth.
Implant care involves several stages, and we keep each one in our Holmen office. Here is what patients can generally expect:
Comfort is part of every visit. We call it The Ascent Experience: advanced care, genuine comfort, and a better experience from start to finish. That includes small touches like a warm towelette, a blanket, a support pillow, headphones and essential oils, alongside clear explanations at each step.
You do not need a referral to schedule a consultation. Call the Implant Clinic directly at (608) 402-4008, or ask at any of our four offices. If you already see us in La Crosse, Arcadia or Viroqua for cleanings and checkups, we can coordinate your implant care in Holmen while you keep your regular visits close to home. You can also visit our Holmen location page for details about the office.
We work with many dental insurance plans, so please call to confirm your coverage. We also welcome self-pay patients, and we offer third-party financing through Cherry, CareCredit and Proceed Finance for those who qualify, subject to each lender's approval. For patients without insurance, our Rivertown Membership Plans, also called the VIP Program, include Classic, Deluxe and Kids options with routine preventive care and a discount on treatment. Membership plans cannot be combined with insurance.
Our team is locally owned and dentist-led, and Dr. Moseng has deep roots here. He helped bring fluoridation to Holmen's water supply and volunteers with the La Crosse Mission of Mercy. When you are ready to talk about replacing one tooth or many, we are here to help. Dentistry, Done Differently.
