Rivertown Dental has four offices in La Crosse, Holmen, Arcadia and Viroqua, plus an Implant Clinic inside our Holmen building. La Crosse is our primary office and the one Shelby patients typically visit. Dr. Randall Moseng, MAGD, helped bring fluoridation to Holmen's water supply and volunteers with the La Crosse Mission of Mercy. Our doctors are general dentists who provide a wide range of care under one roof. For everyday health, we offer dental exams and cleanings, digital X-rays, fluoride treatment, sealants, oral cancer screening, and gum disease treatment including scaling and root planing and periodontal maintenance. When a tooth needs repair, we provide fillings, inlays, onlays, root canal therapy on molars, simple extractions and oral surgery. Our same-day CEREC crowns mean many patients can have a crown designed and placed in a single visit.
For Shelby residents thinking about their smile or replacing teeth, we offer in-office teeth whitening, porcelain veneers, clear aligners, bridges and cosmetic smile-design consultations. We also place and restore dental implants in-house and provide full mouth reconstruction, with full-arch implant care available through our Implant Clinic in Holmen. How do insurance and payment work?
We work with many dental insurance plans. Because coverage varies, the simplest step is to call our La Crosse office and our team will confirm whether we work with your plan. We also welcome self-pay patients.
If you do not have insurance, our Rivertown Membership Plans, also called the VIP Program, are worth a look. The Classic, Deluxe and Kids plans include cleanings, exams, X-rays and fluoride, plus a discount on treatment. Membership plans cannot be combined with insurance. For larger treatment, we offer third-party financing through Cherry, CareCredit and Proceed Finance, subject to the lender's qualification and approval.
